Embracing my spiritual nature in everything I do is how I live a truly satisfying life. In order to do this, I follow the guidance of my soul. It helps me find my way and keeps me on a path that creates a spiritual existence. My soul helps me live without force. It allows me to do everything with a feeling of ease and gentleness.
I connect with my soul and balance my mind. I close my eyes and practice not-thinking. I do this until I feel calm and relaxed. Then I do the New Equations Spiritual Postures practice. This helps me live a true, expansive, and expanding life.

I would love to hear your thoughts Alan about mankind’s education of our spiritual nature. My understanding is that throughout man’s evolution there have been much learning, and I suppose, always the connection between and individual’s “spirit/soul” and our physical being/body (…and “mind” being a spiritual sense given to our soul, which is associated with our brains/body). Many times we make mistakes when our ego or physical nature overrides our spiritual understanding or will. How many times have people done “bad” in the name of “good” sincerely thinking it was coming from “spirit”, unknowingly mistaken about coming from spirit but are sincerely thinking that they are hearing their soul and not there ego. And if they are knowingly going against their soul’s knowing, what is the effect?
My understanding is that Krishna, Buddha, Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, The Bab, and Baha’ullah, Etc are the “word/voice” with which the Creator speaks to help with our growth. Their Teachings being the yardstick with which to check to see if we have included our ego’s voice in with our soul’s voice. It makes sense to me that if we are all one humankind and yet each a unique person that we would also have a universal relationship as well as a personal one, and without it we would be chaos, much like individual cells trying to make a human body rather than the planned and order that appears in this world.
I realize the corruption and abuse of religions are like “the boy that cried wolf”, that if you personally can’t tell the difference between a false or real cry, you may no longer respond, even to just check it out, much like a many people I know when it comes to religion/Manifestation of God. …what consequence is there to that? Is there a Truth or is it just everyone’s individual’s truth? Where and how did the Enneagram symbol originate? …the Tao, the chakras? Man, community and institutions are one are they not? They are all one, are they not? I would enjoy your hearing your view.

When people come from the strength of their soul what they do always benefits those around them, and it’s always without force and control. People have made rules to control others through religion. When people make rules to control other people, they lose connection to their own soul and the spirituality of the universe.
The Source of Creation provides a pathway for all human beings that makes it possible for them to move forward together from the strength of their Soultypes.
