I use my Soultype 5 soul wisdom to quiet my mind. From the top of my head, I reach to the universe while connecting my body to the Earth through my feet. I close my eyes and take a few slow, deep breaths.
I go for a two-mile run almost every day. First, I quiet my mind, and then I start running. I am able to keep my mind quiet during the run. This allows my body to align and become one with everything I have experienced in the last 24 hours. By the end of the run, my body feels calm, relaxed, ready, and available to more fully experience whatever happens throughout the day.
