In order to live a more spiritual existence that is in harmony with your body and soul, it is important to live a life that includes times of quiet. It is so easy to get distracted by all that is going on.
Plan time in your day when you can be in a quiet state and listen to the wisdom of your soul. One good way to do this is to spend time in nature. Go for a walk among trees, on a beach, in a park, or simply spend time with flowers and grass in your back yard.
The more quiet time you spend appreciating all that is alive on our wonderful planet, the easier it will be for you to be in harmony with your own soul and spirituality.
