The New Equations Spiritual Postures - Music and Videos is a 13 1/2 minute long practice that connects you to each of the nine Spiritual Portals and Soultypes. Siska Tovey, Alan Sheets, and Siv Roland, discovered these postures in November of 2014, and they composed A New Dawn—Dancing With My Soul Symphony (Portals 1-9) a couple months later. The first Spiritual Postures instruction video was created in 2015.
New Equations Spiritual Postures - Music and Videos gives you an opportunity to help humanity move towards peace because you are expanding the wisdom of the nine Soultypes. You may find that you feel less tension and stress in your body, develop a better physical alignment and more flexibility, and experience more ease in everyday life.
