Each day I continue to be completely blown away by what is possible through soul-to-soul connections. This photo captured a moment in time that was filled with joy, laughter, freedom, and love. It was an experience of my soul and my body, together in unison, taking flight.

The connection between Janne, Soultype 6 (photo left), and myself, Soultype 7 (photo right), included the magic of being together in the present moment while experiencing the vibrant aliveness of the forest, the birds, and the souls of the others who were with us. It included possibilities and an openness to the Universe available in the stillness without thoughts.

Our connection and flight were expanded by those who were with us on our walk through the forest in Gjøvik, Norway, that day.

Our soul connection with Tone, Soultype 8, held us in deep alignment with the earth, the trees, and the animals, and made it possible for us to enjoy the experience with every cell of our bodies.

Our soul connection with Jenna, Soultype 2, made it possible for our souls to dance together, and our relationships meant we could fly even higher.

Our soul connection with Leean, Soultype 9, created a space in which we could all breathe together in harmony with the forest, the earth, each other, humanity, and the Universe.

Our soul connection with Siv, Soultype 7, expanded our freedom to leap into the unlimited.

Yes, I could have described this photo as just showing me having some fun on a cool swing that we happened upon during a walk in the woods, but that would have been a very incomplete and inaccurate description. The real story behind the photo is that the soul-to-soul connections I experienced during my journey through the forest that day gave me the freedom to fly.
